Plan as a family

Pick a meeting place, a route out, and a backup route. Write down the ranch address and gate details. Pack a small kit with medicines and key papers.

Plan for livestock

Work out where animals could go and what vehicles, trailers, and help you would need. Talk to neighbors and local fire crews before there is a fire.

When fire threatens

Follow local alerts and evacuation orders. Moving stock takes time. Do not put people at risk to save equipment or animals. Call 911 for an immediate threat.
